Our Mission

To provide accessible, competency-based education that meets learners where they are— not where traditional institutions think they should be.

We believe education should be about proving what you can do, not how many hours you sat in a classroom. We believe neurodivergent learners shouldn't have to conform to rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches. And we believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent talented people from learning and growing.

That's why we built Gopsco Education LLC—an alternative path to credentials, skills, and eventually degrees that actually lead to employment.

Why Traditional Education Isn't Working

We're not here to criticize for the sake of it. We're here because the problems are real—and they affect real people.

Rigid Schedules

Traditional colleges demand you show up at specific times, regardless of whether you work best at 8 AM or 8 PM. Neurodivergent learners and working adults lose out.

Crushing Debt

The average bachelor's degree costs $100K+. Student loan debt reaches $1.7 trillion in the US. Many graduates can't find jobs that justify the cost.

Seat Time Over Skills

You must spend 120 credit hours (roughly 4 years) to get a degree, regardless of how quickly you can prove competency. It's a system built for institutions, not learners.

Ignoring AI Reality

Students are using AI to write papers and solve problems, but colleges are banning it instead of teaching students how to work with AI effectively.

Neurodivergent Exclusion

ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions are treated as deficits requiring "accommodations" rather than different, equally valid ways of learning.

Job Market Disconnect

Colleges teach theory. Employers want skills. Graduates spend 6+ months "learning on the job" what they should have learned in school.

Our Solution: Competency-Based, Accessible Education

We're not trying to be a better traditional college. We're building something fundamentally different.

1

Competency-Based Advancement

You advance by proving you can do the work, not by sitting through lectures. Master the skills in 6 weeks instead of 16? Great—move on to the next module. Need more time? Take it. We measure learning, not seat time.

2

Neurodivergent-First Design

Our courses are designed from the ground up for neurodivergent learners. Multiple formats (video, text, interactive). Flexible pacing. No forced social interaction. Clear expectations. You choose when and how you learn best.

3

Income Share Agreements (ISAs)

Pay $0 upfront. Only pay 10% of your income after you get hired making at least $40K/year. If you don't get hired, you don't pay. We succeed when you succeed. Maximum payment: 48 months or 1.5x tuition.

4

AI-Native Curriculum

We teach you to work with AI, not pretend it doesn't exist. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and other tools are part of the curriculum. Learn the skills employers actually need in 2025+.

5

Employment-Focused

We partner with hiring companies before building curriculum. They tell us what skills they need. We teach those skills. Our graduates get guaranteed interview opportunities. 92% employment rate within 6 months.

6

Transparent & Accessible

Clear pricing. No hidden fees. No surprise textbook costs. Closed captioning on all videos. Transcripts available. Keyboard navigation. Screen reader compatible. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. Education for everyone.

Accreditation & Professional Credentials

We exceed the standards set by certifying bodies and maintain the highest quality training programs.

American Heart Association Aligned Training Site

Gopsco Education LLC is an AHA Aligned Training Site, authorized to deliver life-saving CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training. Our founder holds AHA Faculty credentials, ensuring the highest quality instruction that exceeds American Heart Association standards.

Path to AHA Training Center Status

We are actively working toward becoming an AHA Authorized Training Center, which requires:

  • 5+ AHA-certified instructors (currently recruiting and training)
  • Annual training volume of 1,500+ BLS providers (internal) or 3,000+ (external)
  • Successful course monitoring and quality assurance reviews
  • $1M general liability insurance (maintained)

Expected Training Center designation: 2026 Q2

Multi-Accreditation Training Provider

In addition to AHA, Gopsco Education LLC is authorized by multiple leading safety organizations, giving students and employers maximum flexibility and recognition:

American Red Cross (ARC)

Authorized Training Provider for Red Cross CPR, First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Babysitting & Child Care programs. ARC certifications are recognized nationwide and internationally.

Health & Safety Institute (HSI)

HSI training partner for comprehensive workplace safety programs, including OSHA-compliant training, bloodborne pathogens, fire safety, and specialized industry certifications.

Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI)

ECSI authorized provider for emergency medical response training, including EMR, EMT prep courses, and advanced first aid for industrial and healthcare settings.

CME Accreditation Plans

We are pursuing Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation through the fastest and most cost-effective pathway. CME accreditation will allow us to:

  • Offer continuing education credits to healthcare professionals
  • Accelerate our path to broader institutional accreditation
  • Provide additional value to medical professionals and allied health students
  • Meet requirements for .edu domain acquisition from EDUCAUSE

Target CME accreditation: 2026 Q4

.edu Domain & Educational Institution Recognition

Once CME accredited, we will apply for .edu domain status through EDUCAUSE, the governing body for educational institution domain names. A .edu domain signals:

  • Recognition as a legitimate educational institution
  • Enhanced credibility for students and employers
  • Compliance with federal educational standards
  • Eligibility for additional grant and partnership opportunities

EMT Programs Coming 2026

We are developing Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification programs that will launch once our founder completes:

  • EMT NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) certification
  • California EMT licensure
  • NAEMT (National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians) trainer certification
  • NAEMT Training Center authorization

Our EMT Philosophy: We aim to be different. Our EMT courses will use comprehensive resources and proven tools to ensure students are not just certified—they're ready to perform, succeed, advocate for themselves, their patients, and their peers. Real-world readiness, not just test prep.

Strategic Educational Partners

We partner with top-tier educational content providers to deliver the best learning experience:

  • Limmer Creative — EMS education and training materials
  • JB Learning — Interactive EMS and healthcare education
  • Boards and Beyond — Medical education for clinical competency
  • Pocket Prep — Mobile exam preparation and study tools

These partnerships ensure our students have access to the same resources used by the nation's top medical and EMS training programs.

Our Values

Accessibility First

Education should be accessible to everyone—financially, physically, and cognitively. We design for neurodivergent learners, people with disabilities, working adults, and anyone who doesn't fit the traditional college mold.

Outcomes Over Credentials

A degree means nothing if it doesn't lead to employment. We measure success by whether our graduates get hired, not by how many credits they completed. Real skills, real jobs.

Transparent & Honest

We're honest about what works and what doesn't. Clear pricing. Real outcomes data. No marketing spin. If something isn't working, we'll tell you and we'll fix it.

Innovation & Adaptation

Education should evolve with technology and the job market. AI is here—we embrace it. Remote work is the future—we prepare students for it. We adapt, not stagnate.

Student-Centered

You're not a number. You're not a tuition check. You're a person with goals, challenges, and potential. We're here to help you succeed, not extract maximum revenue.

Evidence-Based

We use research-backed teaching methods. We track outcomes. We iterate based on data. If something doesn't work, we change it. Dogma has no place in education.
